Everything that you see on my shop is made by hand using wheel, hand building, and decorative techniques. Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind, handmade ceramics, measurements are approximate. I do my best to take photographs and write descriptions that accurately represent the piece.

Ceramic glazes may vary with each kiln firing. The glazes I use may create effects that appear as inconsistencies, which are fairly expected due to the nature of ceramics and kiln firing. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in color and appearance, as each glazed piece is unique, and your particular screen settings (e.g., brightness) may result in a difference between the actual piece and its photographs.

My goal is to create beautiful, high quality work that is used and loved by you.

What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Local pick up in Healdsburg, CA, is free. If you are shipping to the contiguous United States, it will be sent between 1-3 days of the purchase date via USPS and prices depend on the weight of your package. I will email you shipping information and an estimated time of delivery. If you are buying multiple items, they may arrive in more than one package to ensure safe delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

Please email me if you would like to make a purchase to be sent internationally. I will provide a shipping cost and estimated time for delivery.

What is your return policy?

I take great care in packaging your items so that they arrive safely and intact. Please examine your piece(s) upon receipt. I am happy to replace any item that arrives broken. In the unfortunate event that a piece arrives broken, please contact me within seven days of receipt via email at seoulsisterstudio@gmail.com to arrange a replacement item.

Unless a piece is broken, all sales are final after a seven day grace period. If you’d like additional photos or video of a particular piece before you feel comfortable purchasing, I am happy to send them to you.

How do I take care of my pieces?

Dishwashers should be fine, but may affect the glaze finish. As dishwashers vary, I encourage hand washing pieces.

All pieces without metallic (e.g., gold) accents are microwave friendly, as long as they have not been fully immersed in water or another liquid immediately prior to use in the microwave. Please do not use them in the oven or on stove tops.

All pieces are safe to be used with food.

Many of my vases and vessels are unglazed on the outside. I have not tested every substance, so these unglazed parts may stain, so please take care to wipe away pollen, red wine, etc. as soon as possible to keep the vessel white.

Do you make custom pieces and how long does it take?

Yes! If you have something special in mind or you see something on my site that is not currently available, please contact me at seoulsisterstudio@gmail.com or 415.508.5190 to discuss. Timing will depend on the size of the piece, quantity desired, and design.
